David and Cheryl Burroughs have been living the dream life until tragedy struck。 Now, five years later, David is locked away in a maximum-security prison after being convicted of the murder of their son。 But, when David’s sister-in-law drops by with an unexpected bombshell that could prove his son is alive and well, he has to break out of prison in order to uncover the truth。 This is the premise of Harlan Coben’s latest novel, I Will Find You。The story follows David as he goes on a race against David and Cheryl Burroughs have been living the dream life until tragedy struck。 Now, five years later, David is locked away in a maximum-security prison after being convicted of the murder of their son。 But, when David’s sister-in-law drops by with an unexpected bombshell that could prove his son is alive and well, he has to break out of prison in order to uncover the truth。 This is the premise of Harlan Coben’s latest novel, I Will Find You。The story follows David as he goes on a race against time to crack the mystery behind his son’s disappearance and prove his innocence。 Along the way, he encounters some unexpected surprises and finds himself embroiled in a much larger conspiracy than he could ever imagine。 With twists and turns at every corner, readers will be left guessing what will happen next as they turn each page!I Will Find You explores themes such as family loyalty and justice。 In a world where even innocent people can be wrongly convicted of crimes they didn’t commit, this book provides an important reminder that everyone deserves second chances and sometimes it takes extraordinary measures to get them。 It also touches on how far someone might go for their family members, even if it means breaking out of prison to do so。One thing that stands out about this novel is Harlan Coben’s ability to bring characters to life with genuine emotion and humour。 He skillfully weaves together suspenseful scenes with moments of lightheartedness which makes for an enjoyable read that keeps readers engaged until the very end!I particularly liked the way David manages to break out of prison and the others involved。 The developing story shows his journey all over the country to find his son if he’s even really still alive。 It sounds most unlikely, to begin with, and Rachel seems to be a bit of a dreamer, especially not wanting to involve her pregnant sister Cheryl, how much did she really believe in herself and how much did she just want to see David again? This was a fascinating story that I just couldn’t put down。 The characters we outstanding as always and the red herrings, plot twists and turns, ensured that you didn’t quite know what was going to happen until the very end。 If you are looking for an exciting read that will keep you on your toes while exploring important themes such as justice and family loyalty, then look no further than Harlan Coben's latest thriller。 With its fast-paced action sequences, interesting characters, and unexpected twists, this novel will have you hooked from start to finish! So grab your copy now and join David on his journey to uncover the truth behind his son’s disappearance! You won't be disappointed! 。。。more

Another great thriller from Harlan Coben。 David is incarcerated for murdering his three year old son, but what if he was innocent all along? I absolutely raced through this and loved every moment of the story unfolding。 Thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for an advanced digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review。

I like Harlan Coben a lot, his books are gripping, action packed and unputdownable。 I Will Find You follows this pattern, however, in this one you might need to suspend your disbelief quite a bit。 David is serving time in prison for killing his 3 year old son。 He doesn't remember doing it, but the evidence against him was there so perhaps he's done it in his sleep? After 5 years in prison, David has a visitor, his sister in law, Rachel。 Rachel shows him a picture with a boy in the background who I like Harlan Coben a lot, his books are gripping, action packed and unputdownable。 I Will Find You follows this pattern, however, in this one you might need to suspend your disbelief quite a bit。 David is serving time in prison for killing his 3 year old son。 He doesn't remember doing it, but the evidence against him was there so perhaps he's done it in his sleep? After 5 years in prison, David has a visitor, his sister in law, Rachel。 Rachel shows him a picture with a boy in the background who looks like Matthew, David's dead son。 This is enough for David to realise that Matthew is alive and he's been set up。 The only thing he needs to do now is break out of prison and find his son。Even though the plot is a bit over the top in this one, it is still a very enjoyable page turner that only HC can write and I had a great time reading it。 Many thanks to the publisher and NG for my review copy in exchange for an honest review。  。。。more

This is a well told story that gripped your attention。 The plot was not obvious, there were a few red herrings thrown in and the violent psychopathic killer did not make an immediate appearance and so was more difficult to spot。 There was some nice characterisation and the main hero was not a superhero in disguise, but just normal。 I have not read enough of Harlan Coben to judge whether this was formulaic but having written 26 books of this type I am surprised at how fresh this feels。 I think on This is a well told story that gripped your attention。 The plot was not obvious, there were a few red herrings thrown in and the violent psychopathic killer did not make an immediate appearance and so was more difficult to spot。 There was some nice characterisation and the main hero was not a superhero in disguise, but just normal。 I have not read enough of Harlan Coben to judge whether this was formulaic but having written 26 books of this type I am surprised at how fresh this feels。 I think one of the hardest jobs in writing successive books is retaining your originality。 This is not a genre I often review, but I have read a few crime thrillers before and this did everything that I look for to make this a satisfying read。 。。。more

It is no secret that Harlan Coben is one of my absolute favourite writers。 I have been reading his books ever since I was a teenager, and I still can't get enough of them。 I was over the moon to receive an early copy of I Will Find you, and it was devoured in less than 24 hours。 His writing is so slick and draws you into the story from the get-go。 His characters get into your heart。, good or bad。 I am always telling people to read his books and that is not going to change。I Will Find You is a st It is no secret that Harlan Coben is one of my absolute favourite writers。 I have been reading his books ever since I was a teenager, and I still can't get enough of them。 I was over the moon to receive an early copy of I Will Find you, and it was devoured in less than 24 hours。 His writing is so slick and draws you into the story from the get-go。 His characters get into your heart。, good or bad。 I am always telling people to read his books and that is not going to change。I Will Find You is a stand-alone story, although there is an appearance by an old favourite and a nod to another。 In no way though so you need to read any other books to understand this one。 This is the story of David, a man who has bene in prison for the last 5 years for the murder of his 3-year-old son, Matthew。 He has always said that he was innocent, but guilty of not protecting him。 Now, a photo has come to his attention, and it shows a boy that looks exactly like his son。 And there the wild ride begins。 Is this book a little out there in terms of what David gets away with - yes。 Did I care - no! I couldn't get enough of the crazy and intense story。 It was really cleverly down, and really hard to put down。In summary - I loved it。 Easy five stars。A massive thank you to Random House UK, Cornerstone for my advanced copy to read。 Publishes March 16th。 。。。more
